A textarea allows users to enter and edit multi-line text. It is suited for longer, free-form input such as descriptions, comments, or messages.
Use a textarea when the amount of text is unknown or expected to exceed a single line. For short or structured input, prefer a textfield. It’s usually used within the Form component.
