A Box is one of the most versatile components in AppSignal and serves as the foundational container for presenting information. Metrics, tables, forms, and other types of content can all be placed within a Box.
Boxes group related content and controls within a visual container, helping separate information and create structure within a page.
They provide visual organization without implying hierarchy or interaction, making them suitable for a wide range of layout and content patterns.
A Box can include:
- a header area for titles
- a main section for primary content and information,
- and a footer for additional information or actions such as buttons.
The footer section is optional and can be omitted when not needed.
